Is this “Debt-Free Living” class for me?

Q. What immediate benefits will I gain when I attend?

A. You will leave with your own written, step-by-step, debt elimination plan. If followed, within 5-8 years, the average person is totally debt free, including their mortgage! This provides for some real enthusiasm and hope. You will see that this is personally very achievable.

Q. I am not really in debt. I only have a mortgage. Is this class for somebody like me?

A. Absolutely! You will learn why you want to pay off the mortgage as fast as possible. You will learn why the mortgage interest deduction is a myth in terms of savings you money.

Q. I don’t perceive myself as having a “debt problem”. Is this class for me?

A. Absolutely! Whether you have a small amount of debt or a large amount, you can benefit from the education. Also, it doesn’t matter what your income is. People with lower incomes have smaller total amounts of debt. People with substantial incomes have more zeros behind the debt balances!

Q. I view my situation as hopeless. Can this class help somebody like me?

A. Absolutely! Nobody has ever taken the class and left without hope for the future. Some of us just need a little more proactive help than others. We will provide each person with the solutions necessary to solve the situation they are in.

Q. What is the biggest hindrance for people trying to get ahead financially?

A. DEBT! And no written financial goals with strategies to achieve them. Think about this: What if you had no more debt? No house payment, no car payments, no student loans, no credit card balances, etc…? Would life be different? Would you have a lot of extra money at the end of the month? What if you could live without a credit card, on 100% cash? What did people do before credit cards came along? How did they ever function?

Q. I really think that what I need is more money (income). Can this all be accomplished without increasing my income?

A. Yes. Unfortunately, most of us think that the answer is more income. We have all proved, however, that more income is not the answer. Most of us make more money today than we did 5-10 years ago, and yet aren’t necessarily better off?
